George Hamish Livingston Harding (born June 24, 1964 – Died June 18, 2023) was a widely renowned and celebrated British Pilot, Explorer, Space Tourist, and astute Businessman recognized as Hamish Harding.
Harding assumed the role of chairman at Action Aviation, an esteemed international aircraft brokerage company headquartered in Dubai, which he also founded and led as CEO.
Driven by an insatiable spirit of adventure, Harding became an esteemed member of the Explorer Club. In his relentless pursuit of new frontiers, he eagerly joined the Titan Submersible, OceanGate crew on a momentous journey that unfortunately encountered unforeseen challenges.
Regrettably, the Titan submarine and its crew, comprising five intrepid individuals, went missing in the depths of the North Atlantic on June 18, 2023. Tragically, contact with the support ship, the Polar Prince, was lost during this fateful mission leading to the death of all on board, including Hamish Harding, Paul Henry, and Stockton Rush, Shahzada Dawood and his son, Suleman Dawood.
