Early Life
Rapper Unknown T, a rising star hailing from Homerton, East London, has roots that trace back to Uganda through his parents’ descent. He first made a splash in the music industry with the release of “Bop with Smoke” (2017), a highly acclaimed underground hit that put London on notice of his formidable flow.
2018 marked the year that the rapper truly broke through, with the release of his hit single “Homerton B” propelling him to fame. Personal Life
The 25-year-old rapper, who is believed to be currently single, has had a few past relationships, but none of them have been long-lasting.
In 2017, the charges against Unknown T of possessing a 4mm revolver and ammunition were dismissed, as he maintained that the weapon had been given to him by a stranger.
The following year, he was also acquitted of the murder of Steve Narvaez-Jara at a London party. Despite the legal proceedings, Unknown T has been vocal about the drill scene, in which he is a member, stating that the media have unjustly criticized it.
In an interview with The Guardian, he argued that the themes present in drill music reflect larger societal issues and that the music industry should not be held responsible for them.
