Temiloluwa Elizabeth Otedola (born March 20, 1996), popularly known as Temi Otedola, is the daughter of Femi Otedola, one of the famous entrepreneurs and Nigeria’s Billionaire. Temi is a Fashion enthusiast, blogger, and actress. She was raised by her parent, Femi Otedola and Nana Otedola, alongside her three other siblings.
Temi came into the limelight after she appeared in the lead role in the Nollywood movie titled “Citation.”
Early Life
The 26 years old Billionaire’s daughter was raised in the United state, where she lived most of her life. She attended a boarding school in Kent in the U.K. and studied the History of Art afterward at the University College London (UCL).
Despite being the daughter of a billionaire and the granddaughter of Michael Otedola, a former governor of Lagos state, Temi was determined to also make her own money. She brought her love for art and fashion to reality and started blogging about fashion at seventeen. She was intelligent and smart enough to handle her blog while focusing on her education.
Career
She started a fashion blog called “JTO” which derived its meaning from “Just Temi Otedola.” In December 2014, while she was just 17years of age and still studying. She blogs about Fashion, Beauty, and her travel experience. She’s collaborated with some top fashion brands, both local and international, working with brands like Orange culture N.G., Very U.K., and Farfetch, amongst others.
She has also secured an ambassador from Women At Risk Int’l Foundation and got other beneficial deals.
Aside from blogging and fashion, Temi is also an actress. She was unexpectedly seen in a movie titled Citation. Although she never mentioned anything about ever going into movie acting or ever studying filmmaking, according to DNBstories Africa, it was said that she was under a tutor who was coaching her on acting for months before the actual production.
She starred as Moremi Oluwa and played the main character. The movie was produced by Kunle Afolayan, an award-winning filmmaker. She acted alongside famous Nigerian and influential actors and actresses like Joke Silver, Ini Edo, Ibukin Awosika, Gavriel Afolayan, Jimmy jean Louise, and Plenty of others.
With the success of Citation, Temi has proven to all that she’s not just a blogger or just a beautiful lady with a smooth face but also a multi-talented young lady with ambitions.
Personal Life
JTO, as she’s called, is a sister to Christine Olawunmi Otedola, popularly known as Tolani Otedola, and also to Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, professionally known as DJ Cuppy, and to Fewa Otedola, who is the only male child in the family.
Temi is currently engaged to one of the famous and influential Nigerian Vocalists and businessmen, OluwaTosin Oluwole Ajibade, professionally known as Mr. Eazi.
Temi and Mr. Eazi share most of their moment together on podcasts they manage and run with the name “How far” where they both discuss their relationship, social issues, entertainment or anything that interests them.
