Early Life

Doja Cat was born and raised in a musical, artistic family in Los Angeles, California. She was born into an African immigrant father from South Africa, Dumisani Dlamini. Her mother, Deborah Elizabeth Sawyer, was a producer and visual artist, a painter from a Jewish-America of South African descent.
