Early Life
Meenakshii was born and raised in Panchkula, Haryana, India. She grew up under the nurturing care of her family. Her father, Late B.R. Chaudhary, was a colonel in the Indian Army. There are currently no details about her mother and siblings.
Growing up, She completed her schooling at St. Soldier International Convent School in Chandigarh. She graduated with a degree in dental surgery at the National Dental College and Hospital in Dera Bassi, Punjab. Meenakshii is also a talented state-level swimmer and a skilled badminton player.

In 2017, Meenakshii Chaudhary earned the title of Miss IMA at the Indian Military Academy Autumn Ball Night, a prestigious event marking the end of each term and celebrating the completion of military cadets’ training.
Her journey continued as she participated in the Campus Princess 2018 auditions sponsored by Fashion Big Bazaar.
Triumphing in the Patiala auditions, she emerged as one of the winners. This success propelled her to further heights as she entered the Femina Miss Haryana 2018 competition, eventually clinching the title and securing her representation of Haryana at the annual Femina Miss India contest.
The Miss India Organization later revealed that Chaudhary was chosen as Miss Grand India, granting her the opportunity to represent the country at the Miss Grand International 2018 pageant.
Crowned officially by María José Lora of Peru, the reigning Miss Grand International 2017, Chaudhary made a notable mark by reaching the top 5 in the Miss Popular sub-contest during the pageant in Yangon, Myanmar.
